Appointments
We know you have many choices when choosing a dentist so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.

Payment Options
For your convenience we accept cash, checks, Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discovery credit cards.

We are happy to electronically submit all your claims for you at the time of treatment.  Of course, we will ask you to pay any annual deductibles and/or co-payments at the time of service.  You will receive a monthly statement which will show all charges, payments, submitted insurance claims/benefits paid during that billing cycle.

We are a fee for service dental office.  We accept all indemnity insurance policies which allow you to choose your own dentist. We do not participate nor are members of any HMO or PPO programs.  Many PPO programs do allow for benefits to be paid to an “Out of Network” office such as ours.  These benefits can differ slightly compared to “In Network” providers.  The differences vary from policy to policy.  We are happy to bill your insurance company for services and treatment provided by our doctors and staff.

We are members of Delta Dental , excluding those policies which restrict or limit your choice of dental offices.

For treatment with greater financial obligations, we offer Care Credit . Upon approval, you may be eligible to finance all or part of your treatment at 0% interest for up to twelve months. Please ask for an application at the front desk if you are interested in this program.

We will happy to provide you with an estimate of cost for your treatment at the time of your appointment. This may help you prioritize your needs and reduce any financial questions or concerns that you may have.
